Is there an easy way to remove unused textures from a WAD?

Question

What it says on the tin. I dumped quite a few textures into my map but I only used like 30 of what must be around 400, as I didn't want to handpick the ones I liked first.

 

Before releasing it, I'd like to at least trim the WAD up so it takes less space. If it's not used, I don't really see a reason to leave it in.

SLADE has a tool for that but it doesn't really handle skyboxes and switches and animations so if you use such custom textures you've got to double-check that they're not among the ones selected for removal.

 

I believe that DoomTools also has a feature for this.
