In general probably chicken. More specifically the pork belly pad thai made by a restaurant in a town near mine. So carb heavy but sooo good.

I have a few that are all at the same level for me: Burger, Steak, Minestrone (veggies in general), Pasta, Fruit, Lebanese (hummus, bread, meat etc.) and Vietnamese soups.

Do I really have to pick one? Steak.

I'm a chicken and pizza kind of guy, but my teeth are so bad I can't eat either one anymore. I eat a lot of soup and spaghetti these days, I never have less than 20 cans of miscellaneous soup from various brands.

@TheMagicMushroomMan You can never go wrong with spaghetti. Easy to make, and relatively affordable; most expensive part is a decent sauce. Surprisingly filling and promotes leftovers, which is the way to go.

I'm also a fan of a chicken salad dish from the S/O that comprises of elbow noodles, canned chicken, celery, hard boiled eggs and miracle whip. Best eaten cold.

They turned OP into pasta. Those monsters.

Welp, dig in. 🍴

*Sees some pasta with minced nipples strewn on it*

"Ehh, I think that must be OP.. I think I"ll pass this to MagicMushroomMan and Lila instead, they like pasta after all."

*Slowly moves the dish in their direction at the dinner table*

I wrote the name right there gosh /s

It's Adjaran khachapuri, from the southwest of Georgia (the country, not the Jimmy Carter one).  There's a few regional variants of the dish, Imeretian and Megrelian being the ones that come immediately to my mind, and all of them are cheesy goodness, but this one really goes the extra mile of just being "let's bake just a lake of cheese and melted butter, and then drop an egg in it at the end." Brilliance.

I have a lot of favourite food from cuisine to cuisine

For Taiwanese cuisine, probably the Night Market Steak, it's not it's incredibly good or anything, it's just the atmosphere, the sizzle of the food on piping hot iron plate, and the so called "醍醐味".

For Japanese cuisines, definitely the Udon, Ramen are overrated. if you ask me do I prefer hot or cold, I'd say cold. And also the Sashimi, I know a lot of people don't like raw fish or even fish in general but I just love the freshness and the taste of them, sometime If it's high quality Sashimi, I don't even dip them in soysause.

For Western cuisines, Idk, I just realised I never really eat that much of western food, even being in the States, but a good burger is always great.

It won't be surprising to hear from someone with Italian parents, but some of my favourite dishes are pasta, schnitzel parmigiana and pizza.

I really love a charcoal flamed grilled scotch fillet steak. Oh and BBQ spare ribs are a great treat.

I also favour other foods like chicken kiev, sausages, and mexican food. Burgers are great - but not all are.

My favorite restaurant in college made an Indian meal called navratan korma which was delicious. It means "9 Gem Curry" or something similar, and it's made with coconut milk, spices, nuts, and vegetables (not totally unlike other Indian foods in general, but this was soo good). Especially because I don't eat meat I was happy to find something so rich and delicious that I could eat. I've tried making some myself and I order it wherever I see it but I've never had it as good at Letts Eat made it. (I went there 3-4 times a week after classes and I also weighed over 300 pounds... curiously after the restaurant closed I got down to 210... coincidence? :) )

Here's a picture of someone else's korma just for an idea of it:

I should've mentioned hot and spicy just about anything, particularly ramen, soups, chili, chicken, snacks and ofc peppers and hot sauces.
