Magnus doomsday Posted November 22, 2023 Hi! I am trying to make doom look better for myself and I have a problem.. I want to make textures less pixelated without making the whole thing blurry. How do I fix this? I have played around with the high quality rezise mode but that also makes it look bad. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Gifty Posted November 22, 2023 If you want higher-fidelity textures without using bilinear filtering (yuck) or resizing filters, most people use community texture packs that swap out the game textures for new ones created at a higher resolution. This one is very good! 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
DoomGater Posted November 22, 2023 (edited) "Looking better" is a very subjective criterion. There are so-called hires packs, which enable a finer resolution, but whether these really look better is open to debate. duckduckgo is your friend. @gifty:2fast4me! :-) Edited November 22, 2023 by DoomGater 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

This one is very good! I have actually tried that. I just want to make it so I can have my game look like that on startup 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
