This causes an endorphin and endocannabinoid release.  I find it greatly elevates my mood and increases my energy.

Do this sitting down and don't push it too hard your first time or you may pass out.

Temporary tinnitus (1 minute) and a change in body temperature are pretty normal.

If you would like to get into the habit of having a routine and exercising, this is a great way to start building the discipline to do so.

 

It's good to warm up first by taking the deepest breath you can, then breath in a little more, then a little more, and hold it for a few seconds.  It gets your lungs and rib cage stretched out a bit.

You want to take deep breaths
