How do I toggle the dsda launcher?

So I switched from prboom+ to dsda and one difference that bugs me is that I cannot find where to configure the ingame launcher, a feature I used with prboom+ where it was easy to find. Does dsda even have a launcher? Why would they remove the feature?

The integrated launcher was removed (for reasons like being a pain in the neck to maintain, not being cross platform, not being up to date with dsda-doom's features, etc.). Use this (or some other launcher) instead:
