Doom Bots really stupid

Heya, Okay.. So still in the early stages of playing Doom mods etc

 

Wanna find out if is there any way to make the Doom Bots more intelligent? For this example I played CF or God Complex and was bored so let's add some bots to make it more interesting... I added 4 or 5 bots and they all got blasted by one Zombie miner dude... Like, completely braindead...stupidly running into the corners and just getting blown up...

 

 

PS: Might wanna mute audio, gets very annoying...

 

I was using Zandronum, creating a Multiplayer game and then adding Bots in. 

 

Was running CF Nexus + TLCA

 

I've played against bots in Deathmatch that were not easy, you had to really keep focus or they would shoot the shit outta you... What's up with this?

Zandronum bots aren't designed to play co-op. Only deathmatch. You cannot change this.

Would be cool if someone can make the Bots work with you on a COOP game.

TDBots is a mod that enhances bot ai and makes them viable for coop

 

There's also Xim's helper marines if you want more "in-universe" coop bots
