controls don't look too bad tbh, there's a whole keyboard right there, imagine if the actual ultrasound peripheral controlled the mouselook though

Any info on this machine or port? It looks like a specialized computer so it's possible it's just running some embedded Windows OS or something.

Windows XP embedded.  Following the trail it was an old GE Ultrasound machine that was being decomm'd and this was the tech messing around before sending the machine back and destroying the storage media.
