I'm sure someone somewhere has already asked this but what’s the scariest Doom WADs/TCs you’ve played? Give me some good suggestions that genuinely freak you out.

The Thing You Can't Defeat. It's obviously not like ooga-booga horror but it certainly taps into existential dread much better than something that places you in a dark room with a 100 Arch-viles and a Cyberdemon right in front can do.
