Do you guys think the 2016 Super shotgun feels weaker than the Doom 2 Super Shotgun

Personaly, damage and design wise its great! The thing I dont like is that it doesnt really give that BANG! Of a sound compared to the D2 Super Shotty, and I dont really feel the impact of the bullets (probably cause theres no crowd of hitscanners or imps to blow down). Just a personal opinion.

The SSG is quite powerful in 2016, especially after the upgrades and the Double Trouble mastery (which enables you to shoot twice between reloads). Even boss creatures are very well punished with the fully upgraded SSG.

If anything the SSG in Doom 2016 was too overpowered, particularly once you get all upgrades, which isn't hard. They realized this which is why they had to tone it down a little in Eternal.
