Most authors would probably be less than enthused about getting a direct notification, just to have the content be "I'm playing your WAD with a porn mod lol", and assuming this thread wasn't already completely substance-less, it would just be a reiteration of one of many past "cursed doom" threads, ie: rootpain, hdoom, columbine, moonman, etc.
