title map

hello i am working on the project castle dracula and i need to know step by step how to do just a basic titlemap plz help me heres a snipet of the exit of this map oh , also how to decrese the size so it can be shared

Step 1:

 

Make a title map.

 

In (assumed) UDB, make the Map Name TITLEMAP instead of MAP01 or whatnot.

 

For my first GZDOOM project I used an earlier version of my actual map but placed the player start at a different start point.

You can go wild with camera sequences, whatever else you want.

 

Step 2

Go to File/Save this Map into...

Select your primary map's wad.

 

Step 3

You're done, you have a TITLEMAP.

 

For other types of TITLEMAPs or additional options view the DoomWiki article.

crack this open and look at the insanity which i have wrought....

 

i had no idea what i was doing a year and a half ago when i started... watch the lamp, decino, david x newton, lvndead, and chubzdoomer and you'll get the hang of it...
