Viewing and extracting files from the Sega 32x ROM.

I seek a utility to view and extract files in the Sega 32X ROM. I searched here, but I found a post with broken links. Does anyone here know how to extract from a ROM and view the assets? This is pretty difficult I assume as the data is all binary and I would need to know the start and end addresses to extract files?

 

Thanks. I have access to Windows and Linux to run it.
