Exporting a Doom map as a 3D mesh?

Is there any way to export a Doom map as a 3D object of some sort?  An .obj file, .fbx, whatever works.

 

I was searching for this and I found people saying it could be done within Doom Builder, but I cannot find this option.  I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong version or what.

This is not possible with Doombuilder2.

 

Use either GZDoom Builder  r2787 or GZDoom Builder_BugFix r3107

to export the selection as a wavefront obj file

or export from Ultimate Doom Builder   r4157 with expanded options
