Doom Legacy display problems

whenever i try to run a 3d display (glide opengl and minigl) it will play the demo movie and then crash to desktop. i can only play the game in software, and what fun is that? i have a voodoo 3 btw.

If You're using 1.40, then you can't use ANY of the hardware renderers, unless you get third party drivers for your Voodoo 3. You can't use the Glide renderers, because they are no longer updated, for some reason.
