My defcvars lump seems to be entirely being ignored on bootup. I set sprites to billboard. They do not, they appear like paper cutouts. I set the hud to be one size below largest by default. It's not. It's the regular, standard size on bootup. I don't get it. Why isn't my DEFCVARS lump work?
