How do you change skyboxes for Boom wads?

Question

I'm making a map for a Boom engine wad, and I want the skybox of the map to be a night sky texture rather than the default one. Is there a way to have it just affect the one map and not the others?

Yes, there's a sky transfer line type. It will transfer upper texture of this line to sky ceiling and lower texture to sky floor. You'll need to have a line for every tag with sky, including 0.

Newer versions of most mainstream ports support UMAPINFO that let you define any texture you want as the sky for this particular level.
