Which Doom wad is difficult but easy enough for my skill?

I want to play a doom wad that is not too hard for me but not too easy at the same. My hardest map is probably Go 2 It Plutonia and I took that map slowly. 

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Scythe 1, the 3 Heures d'Agonie trilogy and Hell Revealed 1 are the best wads to start with that are difficult, but not overwhelmingly so if you've taken Go 2 It slowly.

I highly recommend you to play original "Punisher" and "Punisher 2" by Dario Casali, they are a bit more difficult than the "Go 2 It", but in general are the same.

Had a lot of fun with it, definitely one of the best wads from the 90s

You should be able to find something in the fan sections. There's even the links to the Cassali brothers other productions. And unofficial final doom
