Doom eternal keeps crashing

NEVER MIND I FOUND A FIX 

if you experiencing this problem it might be a problem with ram 

even though i have the requried amount background apps took up some of it

i recommend 16 GB of ram its excessive but everything runs smooth

i while back i wanted to revisit eternal but it crashes on startup it goes through the logos but once the slayer teleports in on the main menu it crashes. it doesn't freeze or anything it just closes without giving an error message. i tried many things: reinstalling  reparing game files mess with the driver run as administrator ect but whatever i do it crashes i got it on xbox gamepass and it worked fine the first time what else could i possible
