Do you think it's possible to reload a 2b shotgun as fast as Doomguy does it?

It takes him less than 2 seconds to open the action, load new shells and close the action back up. There is no animation of ejecting the spent shells, but that could be reasonably done using a backwards thrusting motion with the opened shotgun I guess. Totally sounds like something Mythbusters could have tested!

2.3 Seconds for single.  Just have the casings side by side and it's not far off.

Probably, since there are some people who can reload fast with the weapons.
But would they run faster as doomguy with all weapons equipped?

There are a few exhibition and cowboy action shooters who are this fast, though it's probably not a viable technique under combat conditions. The real question is why Doomguy fires the pump shotgun so slowly by comparison: anyone this skilled can easily run a pump gun almost as fast as an autoloader. It's almost comical the way Doomguy handles the pump shotgun like a total beginner but the double-barrel like a world champion.

Update to everyone I finally found a Speed Reloader for the Double Barrel Shotgun.  Though he's shooting the barrels separately instead of together he definately has the speed down pat.  Check it out!
