Rowdy Rudy Hud question

Ok, so my Doom editing skills are very rusty, so forgive me. But I am wondering how I can only use the Rowdy Rudy face in my HUD when I play Doom? Right now if I select the resource pack along with Doom, I get the entire pack of course (guns and everything). But if I just wanted to use Rudy's face in the HUD, what would be the best of way to do this?

you need to create a wad with the face files ONLY being in between 2  markers, S_START and SS_END

no problem, that is the easy way to to replace any of doom textures for new ones, but it does not work with adding new textures as you cannot replace something that does not exist
