Frangalho Posted May 24, 2024 I tried playing TNT through DOSBox on Steam, but I couldn't stand the graphics so I installed GZDoom to play. The graphics are way better and the game flows really well, but, for some reason, it doesn't have the music, even after messing with options. What should I do to play TNT with it's soundtrack and good graphics? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Shepardus Posted May 24, 2024 It's supposed to work out of the box. Is it just TNT that doesn't have music, or does everything else not have music either? The sound options menu should have the relevant settings, check that both the master volume and music volume are non-zero, and try selecting different MIDI devices. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
kalensar Posted May 24, 2024 Which version of GZDoom? Are you using any mods? Generally it should be set to FLuidsynth by default 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Dark Pulse Posted May 25, 2024 He might need a soundfont. Though I think GZDoom comes with one by default? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
vanilla_d00m Posted May 25, 2024 Did it say “Couldn’t Load MIDI device” or whatever on the top left? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Frangalho Posted May 25, 2024 Just tested it, and it was a MIDI problem. Thanks, guys. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
