GZDoom - musicless TNT Evilution

I tried playing TNT through DOSBox on Steam, but I couldn't stand the graphics so I installed GZDoom to play. The graphics are way better and the game flows really well, but, for some reason, it doesn't have the music, even after messing with options. What should I do to play TNT with it's soundtrack and good graphics?

It's supposed to work out of the box. Is it just TNT that doesn't have music, or does everything else not have music either? The sound options menu should have the relevant settings, check that both the master volume and music volume are non-zero, and try selecting different MIDI devices.

Which version of GZDoom? Are you using any mods?

 

Generally it should be set to FLuidsynth by default

He might need a soundfont. Though I think GZDoom comes with one by default?

Did it say “Couldn’t Load MIDI device” or whatever on the top left?
