MUS2MIDI on modern OSes?

I was looking to get the MIDI files of Doom but the only tool I could find was DOS only

I found this C library but I have never coded in C before so I have no idea how to implement it

Help?

MUS2MIDI is a part of Slade3.

Open the iwad with Slade3.

Highlight the mus file such as D_RUNNIN

Select AUDIO then Covert MUS to MIDI
