why doesn't the Icon of Sin Talk?

So I am making the Final Boss for my Doom 2 MegaWAD and it is a Icon of Sin recreation

 

But wehn you teleport into the room, He just doesn't Say the cryptic message, Why is this?

And if you know how to make him say it, Please let me know.

Icon of sin actually consist of various objects, either you forgot to place spawner or Romero head (I don't remember who exactly talks) or they're weren't awakened by you. If you placed all of necessary stuff try to teleport inside and shoot once, that should be enough

Here you go. You just need to attach this Function that is attached to the BoSSEYE actor. or you need to spawn in the BossEye actor, which is the actor that also shoots the summon cubes.
