Bad news: The soundtrack is the best part.

 

More constructively, the reliance on level generators is a little bit hard to set aside with how the design is. There are some great visual ideas here but they are admittedly quite hampered by the simplistic, wide-open and repetitive level design. The last 3 maps show a strong improvement in that area but Map 04 for instance, still contains some rather unclear progression basically achieved by wall-humping and keys too often seemed shoved into some random corner.

First of all, the soundtrack is awesome, second, the soundtrack is the only good part. 
The Maps were not very good to look at, they were mediocre to down right ugly most of the time. the wall humping doesn't make this any better. I would recommend to remove the wall humping part and just make a normal, open doors, get keys, open doors get more keys while killing monsters along the way, which brings me to my next part, the monster placement wasn't that fun, it was easy and it seems like no thought were put into the monster placement. dont put them in a straight line the whole time, you could spread them out a bit more like the later parts, but the rooms are also very basic, simple box type rooms are not fun, try using more roundish rooms and asymmetrical layouts can also help.
