My inventory has an unknown item. What should I do?

 I'm modding Doom myself. I opened the game and used the give all code. Then these two items with the baron icon appeared in my inventory. These are obviously the wrong items. How can I find the items?

Nothing we can do until you present the exact code you modified to see where it goes wrong - A screenshot isn't telling us what is happening behind the scenes.

The "invquery" console command will print the name of the currently selected inventory item.
