linedef actions in dbx 2019.1 ?

currently working on a map in doom builder and i wanted to edit the line action to a mirror and realized that "line" and many other options do not appear in my dropdown, I'm also aware that its available on ultimate doom builder, my main question is is there anyway that i could add it? or is there no way to add a mirror in dbx 2019.1

The line actions which are available are generally not based on the editor, but on the format the map uses. Your map probably is not in UDMF format.
