Doom mail order variant questions

Hey gents, needed some help on narrowing down a pickup I just recently got. I've done some research and have found other similar versions but was wondering if there is a huge difference in having the V 1.1 compared to the 1.2? As well as the Doom font being Red to blue? The floppy disc seem legit as the stickers are lightly peeling as well as fading. The pickup also included an update disc to 1.2 from 1.1 as well. This was a garage sale pickup so I had zero information to go off of from the seller. I do understand that they do hold some value just trying to find out if the 1.1 has any difference compared to the 1.2 or 1.666. or maybe its just a common shareware disc? Thanks anyone greatly appreciate it.

 

EDIT: Also read this link, but noticed the V1.1 mentioned was BLUE as not red like this one. Thanks again! Rip n Tear!
