here is a list of my top ten
1. doom(2, final doom)
2. metroid 1&II
3. final fantasy games( VII is my fav, but Ix was not as good)
4. ALice, so full of a hellish atmosphere. best use of enviroment and creepyness sence doom
5. quake, all of them
6. tombraider(1 to 3 the rest suck)
7. supermario bros, but 2 sucked. not much of an impact on me but still great fun to play.
commander keen ( i did not get into these until a few months back, poor graphics high fun.
8 many atari games still rock, i love break out and adventure the most
9 wolf3D, i never liked it much even back in its day
10. comand and conquer, fun for a bit but i never cared for it much. the best RTS has to be homeworld because it is the first true 3D rts and it looks great

True, the atmoshpere is nice. But overall, the game is more about graphics and sceneries than about gameplay. But, I still enjoyed the game. Good job by McGee.
