Someone help me with Legacy (latest version)!!!

Okay, I went into the launcher, then into Game Setup, I selected the Legacy.exe's location in the "Doom Legacy Program" text box, then put Doom2.wad in one of the Game Wad File slots, and then a wad in another. When I clicked Launch, it wouldn't open and said it couldn't find "doomargs.tmp". What the fuck is it doing?

Being moronic, which the launcher has an exceptional talent for. Create an empty file called doomargs/tmp in notepad and it will work.

Sounds like I'll have to put a link to the manual on the legacy site even though it's not quite finished. Then we wouldn't have to worry about this anymore. :)

hmmm sad but true.
doomargs.tmp becomes redundant when you put legacy in teh same folder as Doom(2), and everything works great. Aside of that, wait for the new launcher, or just use batch files :P
