3rd-Doom Jr.

Usually I get bored halfway through megawads and quit. These 3 are the farthest I've ever got in a megawad.

Least far I've ever got in a megawad is Daealus. Man I don't like that one.

Also, Batman Doom, Scythe, Cyberdreams, Darkening 2, AV. That is all.

Adding to Cyb's post, there is always a space (or two) after every comma, period, exclamation point, question mark, etc. BTW wacked = wHacked, i = I.

That's in descending order, and restricting it to full 32/36-level megawads.

Hell Revealed 1 - Great challenge. Loved it.
Hell Revealed 2 - Even great challenge. Loved it more. Especially the music. ;)
Phocas Island - It's not a megawad, but it's still really good.
Claustrophobia - Excellent design. Especially Hell.
Bella 2 - Just because level 98 cracked me up.

By the way, could I get a link to the Wolfendoom saga? I want to see what that's all about. :)

Scythe is what I secretly wish Doom 2 would have been. It is the closest you can get to E1 style gameplay in my opinion without actually doing a E1 tribute.

Seriously. A lot of others are nice (Alien Vendetta, Hell Revealed 2) but Scythe has to be my favorite. Though Aliens TC has a special place in my heart as well, but for a different reason (it scared the shit out of me)

Unfortunately the first episode is way too short. Without knowing the levels at all I finished my first try on UV in less than 30 minutes. And that only because I took time to explore the maps.
The second episode was great but the third was just insane and I never completed it. (I hate HR style gameplay!)
Bottom line: I found it too uneven to be considered great (but it's a good piece of work overall)

But my favorite megawad is Daedalus. That's finally something that has never been done before in Doom. The 'classic' megawads tend to become boring after the 6th, 7th or 8th of them and I think there are already too many out there.
