Just now when I refreshed the main DW page, a pop up window for a porn page appeared, Deep Oral or something. wtf?

Really? I find that hard to believe... maybe it was one of those delayed-timer popups, which do exist. Basically it's a hidden window which has a timer to pop up an ad a few minutes after it's spawned, in order to disguise where it's originating from.

Some programs you instal have other programs installed that are just sponsor ads. I installed a mp3 search prog and kept getting pop-ups. I got rid of it and then never got a pop-up unless I went to a site with one.

that has also happened to me. once i went to www.3ddownloads.com and ended up at a asian porn site. another time i clicked the fourms link and ended up in a porn gallery of gillian anderson, scully from x-files. this must be related to this POS computer. A good cache clearing can fix such odd problems. my dad looks at a shit load of porn so i got to clear the cache every time i get on here. plus they leav this oldy on all week so it gets a bit wierd too. and that keyboard is gross and sticky, how it got that way i dont want to know lets hope it was just a bunch of pop and snak food
