Newest Legacy Beta 1.32

On the little Legacy icon .exe, it has a GL. Sadly, when you load the game up, it's not GL. Whenever I try to look in 3D cards options, it says "You are running in software mode." How do I get the GL part to work, eh? Any help will be appreciated.
