1.8 was released a while ago 1.8.1 has just been released.

1.8.1 is an excellent release, I've had zero problems so far and jDoom's looking better than ever. The new realistic halo mode is much appreciated and fakeradio adds soooooo much more depth to the visuals.

MacOSX users should now be able to compile Doomsday too.
