It's actually very simple. First you make a picture; it must be a *.GIF, 36x36 pixels. Then you send it to Linguica (linguica@doomworld.com), the administrator. But he won't accept it.

He won't? Get outta here! That reminds me of when he didn't upload my picture to the doomer's pictures thingy. But really, I seem to remember being able to upload your own avatar waaaay back when I first came to doomworld, as Luci the Brave.
