can someone test out my ftp?

i just installed personnal web server so i can do my homework at home, right before i left for school this morning. tried to download my homework, and it couldn't find my computer. tried to ping, request timed out. so i came home to see what the heck is up, and the computer's fine.

i have 2 theories:
1) the computers at school are screwed up today
2) pws is screwing up the ftp

so can someone test out the ftp to see if they can log on? here's the link. please reply asap. thanks in advance.
