What exactly is Tribute to Doom? I'm too lazy to check out the page right now.

Apparently this guy hasn't heard of the many DOOM source ports out there.

I didn't even find a single screenie of it on the page, and the download is a 14 mb exe. I don't see myself downloading an unknown exe file that's 14 mb with a 56k. Plus I just remembered I don't have duke nukem. Oh well.

My point was, he made a comment about the Duke engine (a game which sucks, BTW) being more advanced than the DOOM engine. What it looks like to me is that he's not aware of the source ports that enhance the DOOM gaming environment.

Duke Nukem v1.5 is a superior gaming engine to Doom 2 v1.9 HANDS FUCKING DOWN, there is no argument.

However, at this point in time, the Doom source has been open for years and everyone and their brother has contributed to it whereas the Duke code is still under lock and key and thus hasn't advanced at all.

Will this thing work with Duke Nukem v1.3D? That's the version I have.

Tribute To Doom is a total conversation of Duke. We made doom atmosphere on duke engine.
