keep in mind I'm trying to make it lok more real as opposed to an exact replica.
right now I'm not to sure about the size of the head, what do you think?

The head size isn't really as big as it appears since, afterall, that is his 3rd neck hanging down making him look bigger. However, to offset the size of his head and make things appear a bit more proportionate, I'd suggest enlargening his body slightly. Perhaps include an extra roll or two?

The whole thing looks really nice so far. I'd say maybe shave off a little fat from the neck and it'd fit perfectly. Good work.
