gba doom release advisory

i went to my local gamestop with reserving a copy of gba doom in mind. the guy said it was scheduled for oct. 26th but he couldn't resserve it, saying there was no sku-code for reserving it and that it was unusual. he said game companies often won't allow reservations if a game's release date could be pushed back a while. i got the same from the people at software etc. so, i guess my point is, it may come out next month, but don't be surprised if we have to wait a little longer...

Hmm...well because we ALL cant use your GBA, some of us dont care to pay for one, so we emulate it. But I will get one anyway, just for GBA DOOM.

it may still come out next month, try reserving it in a week, maybe they'll be able to reserve as the date draws nearer. either that or maybe they'll know how long it will be pushed back.

Oh yes, but it really sucks compared to the GBA version. You get to play it on a big screen. And you can use a mouse! And you can make your own levels! Who the hell wants manageable controls and customizability? Definetely not me!

To Hell with GBA doom. When I'm on a road trip, the last thing I want to do is try to beat Doom with a control pad and a coupla buttons.

There's other games, too, to tide one over 'till GBA DOOM... the Castlevania game looks wonderful... *she sighs* but I can't even afford a -used- Playstation (mine burnt out... damn, I wanna play Tecmo's Deception and King's Field!), so anything concearning a GBA isn't important to me. Ah well.... I hope for everybeing's sake GBA is all its hoped to be... may it have a good framerate that doesn't invoke nausea!

Well Lüt you have to figure out how to be able to use a mouse to utilize it properly, don't blame other people 'cuz you never got used to mouselook in the Quakes.
