Eternity Engine v3.33.00 Progress Report

After an extremely long and unplanned hiatus due to various factors, Eternity is making progress again. The newest version of the Small virtual machine has been integrated, portability issues in the vm have been repaired, parameterized floor specials have been added, and all Small native functions and symbols have been revised and renamed before the APIs become public.
