It has already been reviewed previously. The new upload differs only in that it contains the original documentation - a valuable addition of course, but the main topic of a review is the maps, and these are unchanged.

Also, Heroes wasn't a pure compilation wad. Al Dewey had tweaked many of the maps (to pretty good effect), and included four of his own original creations in the wad.
