deathmatch starts

While screwing around in deathmatch with RTC_Marine, I noticed that a map I randomly warped to didn't have deathmatch starts. I went through all the maps and wrote down a list of maps without deathmatch starts, which includes:

map03
map12
map13
map18
map22
map31

I also discovered that map04 and map17 only have one deathmatch start, making them inadequate for deathmatch play.

I haven't tested co-op starts yet.

columns 1 and 2 identify the wad.
column 3 is the number of single player starts (type 1)
columns 4 to 6 are the number of multiplayer starts (things 2, 3 and 4 respectively)
column 7 is the number of deathmatch starts (type 11)

maps with fewer than 4 deathmatch starts:

Thanks for your help with this guys.

Actually, I started writing a tool called "wadlint" to catch these sort of bugs. It was based on omgifol.

I can't find the code online but I'll upload it sometime, perhaps to the omgifol website as an example of how to use it.

In the mean-time such manual checks are very useful. I'll get these fixed.
