Where can I find the latest Doom Engine everyone plays?

I want to find this new engine everyone plays cuz i used to play Doom2 with people on BBS's back in 1993 :) I wanan reintroduce this game into my LAN parties

Yes you can forget vavoom cause its a steaming pile, trust me, it just wastes HD space.
