Comic relief for Doom

I decided that cacodemons (pain elementals not so) always looked like they were smiling, and Doom had alot of space for comical fanart, so I decided to draw this.

They are too flat. The real Cacodemon and Pain Elemental are chubby.

Yeah, the Cacodemon does look like it's smiling. I think it's comparable to how a human skull (with jaw attached) can look like it's smiling. They don't have lips, so it isn't a part of how they emote.

The drawing itself is cute.

Interesting piece. The demons are a bit too elongated, although that shape does reinforce the smiling/firing. For some reason, looking at it, I was thinking that when the Lost Soul and ball lightning strike each other it would cause a rip in the fabric of reality . . .

Just like MmM I was also thinking it would cause a ripple in the fabric of reality, much like the explosions in F.E.A.R.
The Cacodemon has a natural grin like that of a crocodile. Nice dawing, I wonder if a lost soul could servive a lighing ball attack?
