World in conflict offline skirmish mode?

I just picket up my copy of world in conflict and there does not seem to be any kind of offline skirmish mode. Are there any mods or anything that can allow my to fight bots? I can create a local server with bots but i cant find a way to join it my self after it has started.

EDIT: What skirmish? It just has multiplayer and i need to create servers to add bots and after i start the server i cant join the game, i can only watch it.

I am not the only one that uses the bandwidth on my home, online play is to lagy. And offline skirmish is nice as it has no very good or very bad playing in most games.

How about you play it online at night when nobody else will be using it? You can get all the bandwidth to yourself.
