Looking to give author of FreeDM map06 credit

Hello,

I am in the process of making a small Heretic Megawad; this has five converted tiny Oblige levels, and will have a couple of Heretic conversion of Doom DM levels. One of the levels I have converted in to a Heretic level is the excellent map06 from the FreeDM set of maps.

I would like to know who made this map, so I can give more credit than "I got this map from FreeDoom; the original is map06 in the FreeDM set of maps".

There are several people credited with making maps in the CREDITS file, but, alas, this file doesn't list who made what map.
