Latest version of Vavoom at this point is 1.10, latest code snapshot can be check-outed form CVS repository. I don't know when version 1.11 will be out, but I hope that it will be at the end of the year.

But version 1.10 also is stable enough, at least for me ;-)

Eternity Engine v3.29 development beta 5

New features in that version were dialogue, for which I've unfortunately not released the editor yet, zdoom-style particles, and of course, many bug fixes and tweaks.
