myk Posted January 15, 2009 There's really no reason to retain all of Boom's default key settings. After all, you don't enable all its default settings (tutti frutti status bar, weapon recoil, &c). I'd remap the autorun toggle somewhere more reasonable than Caps Lock. Aabra Posted January 15, 2009 I'm not all that familiar with the Eternity Engine and have only tried it out briefly. It seems like a decent engine and works well but I was wondering what features make it special - specifically for wad authors. Zdoom has acs/decorate/etc.... what sets this apart? And it's premier feature is Linked portals. Making you basically able to build anything you can think of.
