Just our beloved Knee-Deep in the Dead, as far as I know. Fisher chose to replace all of E2 with this TC, plus two more bonus levels in E3, I believe.

By sacrificing resolution and color, I was able to improve the rendering speed.

Doom is running on a program that is separate from Excel, and it controls Excel to display the rendered image as a colored cell.
