Our esteemed webmaster Linguica has also added the option (in your profile) to sort the threads by either the timestamp on the first posted message of the thread, or the timestamp of the last posted message on the thread.

This means if you have your profile configured to sort threads by timestamp of first message, that people can't "bump" threads up in your view by just posting a new message to it.

Great. I really like this.

BUT, now there's a problem. People that switchs to the date arrangement will infuriate posting arrangement users respawning "dead" topics (for them at least). In the opposite, things could get buried in the files for the daters, while people keeps yammering in some old thread.
