How do I submit a Compet-N demo?

Well i am confused on how to submit a C-N lmp, i have broken one record and want it up on Compet-N so pleas help me with my noobishnish.

Make a post on this thread, attaching the demo there. The attach file option appears beneath the box where you type in the post's text. Make sure the demo is in a ZIP file that also contains a text file much like the ones used in most Compet-n demos.

Do I hit "Post Reply"? And then attach it?

Yeah, attaching is part of making a post (reply.) You can attach ZIPs (with demos) on any thread in the demos forum.
